I write to live. It keeps me grounded, it helps me process, it elevates my understanding of who I am and where I’m going. It’s a sanctuary that I can access no matter where I am.
I adore sharing my insights about sport psychology and producing articles that help those who are living in the sports arena. Lately I’ve felt the need to share more. To write about who I am and the experiences that have resonated with me. I started a new blog to do just that. It’s called “Baring It All”; it’s a place I’ve committed to being vulnerable in. A place to share raw emotions, exciting epiphanies, and unsure moments.
I recently posted my first piece. I took the plunge and committed to 30 days without alcohol. I documented the entire journey. You can take a peek at it here: Baring It All – 30 Days Without Alcohol
